Is there a setup or digitizing fee?

First-time logos include a one-time $30 Pro Digitizing & Physical Proof Service. It's waived on orders of 12+ items and on reorders of the same logo.

How fast will I get my order?

Most custom orders ship in 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof, anywhere in the USA.

What logo file formats do you accept?

We accept common image and vector files (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG). Higher-resolution or vector logos give the cleanest embroidery, and we digitize whatever you send.

Do you offer volume or bulk discounts?

Yes. Volume pricing applies automatically at 12+ items, with bigger discounts at 24+ and 48+, and the $30 setup fee is waived at 12+.

Can you match my brand colors?

Yes. We match your logo colors to embroidery thread as closely as possible, and you approve the stitched sample before production.
