Custom Embroidered Workwear & Uniforms — No Minimum

Custom embroidered workwear and company uniforms with no minimum order — outfit one employee or your whole crew. Add your logo, plus individual employee names or a flag on the opposite chest or sleeve. You approve a real stitched sample before production. We embroider trusted workwear brands like Red Kap, Carhartt, CornerStone, Port Authority, and Port & Company.

Is there a minimum order for custom uniforms?

No. There's no minimum — embroider a single uniform or hundreds. That makes it easy to add gear for a new hire without ordering a big batch, then come back and reorder as your team grows.

Can you add employee names to uniforms?

Yes. Along with your company logo, we can embroider individual employee names — a common setup is the logo on one chest and the employee's name on the opposite chest, or a name or flag on the sleeve. It's the professional, finished look customers expect from staff uniforms, and you approve a real stitched sample before any of it goes to production.

What does custom uniform embroidery cost?

Each garment's price depends on the brand and style you choose and how many you order — see any product page for current pricing. The only added charge is a one-time $30 setup fee that covers digitizing your logo and the real test stitch-outs we sew to get it right. That fee is waived on orders of 12 or more.

Do I pay the setup fee again when I reorder?

No — and for uniforms this is a big deal. The $30 setup fee is a one-time charge. Once your logo is digitized, every future reorder of the same logo has no setup fee and no re-testing, so restocking uniforms or adding a new hire is fast and cheap, even for a single piece. Names are added per garment as needed.

Which workwear brands do you embroider?

We carry trusted workwear and uniform brands with many styles of each — including Red Kap, Carhartt, CornerStone, Port Authority, and Port & Company. Work shirts, polos, jackets, and more for staff uniforms across trades, services, and offices. Looking for a specific brand or garment? Just ask.

Where does the embroidery go on a uniform?

The standard setup is a left-chest logo, up to about 3 to 3.5 inches, with an optional name on the opposite chest or a name or flag on the sleeve. We send a real stitched sample on the actual garment first, so you see exactly how the logo and names look before the full run.

How fast can I get custom uniforms?

Most embroidery shops quote a turnaround time of 7–14 business days. Ours is much faster: a real stitch-out sample within 24–48 business hours, then your order ships 3–5 business days after you approve it. Because workwear garments are ordered in rather than kept in stock the way our hats are, an order can occasionally take a day or two longer — but we order them the moment your order comes in, so most of the time there's no delay. Final delivery depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
