How custom embroidered workwear works

Custom embroidered workwear and uniforms are blank work garments (Carhartt, Red Kap, Dickies and Bulwark FR) stitched with your logo (and employee names if you need them), with no minimum order and a real stitched proof you approve before production. You pay the garment price shown on each product page plus a one-time $30 setup fee (waived on 12+ items and on reorders, handy when new employees join), and most orders ship 3 to 5 business days after you approve the sample.

Custom workwear embroidery, done right

Uniforms that survive the job. The Red Kap SP24 industrial work shirt and Dickies S535 are the daily-wear standards, and when flame resistance is required we stock Bulwark FR uniform shirts. Browse the full workwear lineup including Carhartt hoodies and jackets and hi-vis CornerStone styles. Need employee names as well as your logo? We stitch individual names too. Add the text option in the cart.

What it costs: you pay the garment price shown on each product page plus a one-time $30 setup fee that covers digitizing your logo and the real test stitch-outs we sew to dial it in. That fee is waived on orders of 12 items or more, and once your logo is digitized, reorders skip it entirely.

How it works: pick your workwear and colors, upload your logo in the cart, and approve the stitched sample photo we send before your order goes into production. That's it.

Is there a minimum order for custom workwear?

No, there is no minimum. Outfit one new hire or the entire crew; the process is identical either way, including the real stitched sample you approve before production.

What does custom workwear embroidery cost?

Each piece is priced on its product page, with volume discounts as quantity goes up. The only added charge is a one-time $30 setup fee covering logo digitizing and real test stitch-outs, waived on orders of 12+ items, and never charged again on reorders (handy when new employees join).

Which workwear should I choose?

Red Kap and Dickies industrial shirts are the daily uniform workhorses. Crews in the cold run Carhartt hoodies and jackets, hi-vis CornerStone styles cover roadside and warehouse work, and Bulwark FR handles flame-resistant requirements.

Can you add employee names as well as our logo?

Yes, individual stitched names are a popular add-on for uniforms. Add the text option in the cart along with your logo upload, and your stitched proof covers both before production.

How fast will I get my uniforms?
