12 hats can cost less than 11. With the Richardson 112 Trucker Hat at $20.00, 12 come to $228.00 with 5% off and no digitizing fee. 11 come to $250.00 with the $30 fee.

Construction

What crews actually wear on site

Construction companies are one of the biggest groups we stitch for, and most of their orders start with hats, usually a stack of Richardson 112 truckers. It makes sense. A hat is the most visible thing anyone wears on a job site, and everybody wears one.

After hats it's usually Carhartt pocket tees for summer, then hoodies and watch cap beanies once the mornings get cold. Grab a few tall tees for anyone a regular shirt rides up on. Hats and shirts count together, so once the order reaches 12 pieces the $30 digitizing fee drops off and you get 5% off.

Crews change during the season, and that's normal. Your logo stays on file, so when someone new starts you can order one hat and one shirt. Reorders never pay the setup fee.

    We turn your artwork into a stitch file built for clean embroidery.

  3. Approve your proof

    We stitch your logo on a real test hat and send you a photo within 48 hours. Approve it or ask for changes. Nothing goes into production until you say so.

We're a crew of four. Is that too small to order?

Not at all. There's no minimum, so four hats is a normal order. Under 12 pieces there's a one-time $30 digitizing fee. At 12 or more (hats and shirts count together) the fee is waived and the order gets 5% off.

Can the foremen wear a different hat color than the crew?

Sure. On the hat page you pick a quantity for each color. It's one logo for the whole order, and every hat counts toward the quantity discount.

Do you carry Carhartt?

Yes. We carry Carhartt pocket tees in short and long sleeve, tall sizes, the midweight hoodie, the watch cap beanie, jackets and more. Your logo goes on the chest, or on the cuff of the beanie.

Where does the logo go?

Hats get it on the front: left, center or right. Shirts, hoodies and jackets get it on the left or right chest, and beanies on the cuff. If you need a second logo or a different spot, call us at (628) 333-3857 before you order.

Can you put each person's name on their shirt?

Not through the website yet. The cart takes one logo for the whole order and doesn't have a name field. If names matter, call (628) 333-3857 and we'll talk it through before you order.

We hire all season. Do we pay setup again for every new hire?

No. Once we've stitched your logo it stays on file, and reorders never pay the $30 setup fee. One hat and one shirt for a new hire is a perfectly normal order.

Our logo has a lot of detail. Will it stitch well?

That's what the proof is for. We stitch your logo on a real test hat and the proof is ready in 24-48 hours. If small text or thin lines don't hold up, ask for changes before we make anything.

How fast can we have hats for a new job?

Plan on 24-48 hours for your proof. Once you approve it, the order ships in 3-5 business days, and all of it is embroidered here in the USA.
