Is there a minimum order?

No minimums — we embroider a single piece or a thousand. Volume pricing kicks in automatically at 12+ items (and more at 24+ and 48+).

Will I see a proof before my order is made?

Yes. We digitize your logo and stitch a real, physical sample, then send you a photo to approve before we run your full order — no digital mockups, no surprises.

Is there a setup or digitizing fee?

First-time logos include a one-time $30 Pro Digitizing & Physical Proof Service. It's waived on orders of 12+ items and on reorders of the same logo.

How fast will I get my order?

Most custom orders ship in 3–5 business days after you approve your proof, anywhere in the USA.
