Embroidery Digitizing Service

Professional logo digitizing with a real stitched proof — done in the USA.

What is embroidery digitizing?

Embroidery machines can't read image files. Before your logo can be stitched onto a hat, polo or jacket, it has to be digitized — converted from a picture (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or anything else you have) into a stitch file that tells the machine every stitch, direction, density and color change. Good digitizing is the difference between a logo that looks crisp on fabric and one that looks like a blur.

Our digitizing is done by our in-house production team — the same people who will actually sew your order — so your file is built for how it will really run on our machines. You get a real stitched proof of your logo, photographed and sent for your approval before any production order runs. No digital simulations, no surprises.

Once your logo is digitized, we keep your file on hand — reordering hats, polos or workwear with the same logo is as easy as picking products and quantities.

Digitizing FAQs

What file formats can I send?

Almost anything — PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, even a photo of your existing merchandise. Higher-resolution art produces the cleanest result, but our team works with what you have.

What do I receive when digitizing is done?

A production-ready stitch file for your logo plus a photo of a real stitch-out sewn on our machines, sent to you for approval before production.

Is digitizing a one-time fee?

Yes — once your logo is digitized and approved, we keep the file for your future orders. You only pay again if you change the artwork or need a different size/placement that requires a new file.

Why does embroidery need a special file — can't you use my PNG?

A PNG only describes pixels. An embroidery file describes thread: stitch types, angles, densities, underlay and color stops. Creating that map well takes an experienced digitizer — it's why two shops can sew the same logo with very different results.

How long does digitizing take?

Most logos are digitized and stitch-proofed quickly — contact us via chat or the contact page for the current turnaround on your design.
