Custom Embroidered T-Shirts — No Minimum

Custom embroidered t-shirts with no minimum order — order one or a whole team. We embroider a left-chest logo on heavier-weight tees that hold embroidery cleanly, and you approve a real stitched sample before we produce your order. We work with durable brands like District, Carhartt, Jerzees, and more.

Do you embroider t-shirts?

Yes — we embroider a left-chest logo on heavier-weight t-shirts. We focus on sturdier tees on purpose: embroidery needs enough fabric body to sit cleanly, and thin, lightweight fashion tees tend to pucker. On a heavier tee, a left-chest embroidered logo looks sharp and professional and holds up wash after wash. (For large front designs or very thin tees, screen printing is usually the better method.)

Is there a minimum order for custom t-shirts?

No. There's no minimum — order a single embroidered tee or a full batch for your team or event. You approve a real stitched sample before the full order is produced.

What does custom t-shirt embroidery cost?

Each shirt's price depends on the brand and style you choose and how many you order — see any product page for current pricing. The only added charge is a one-time $30 setup fee that covers digitizing your logo and the real test stitch-outs we sew to get it right. That fee is waived on orders of 12 or more.

Do I pay the setup fee again when I reorder?

No. The $30 setup fee is a one-time charge. When you reorder the same logo, there's no setup fee again and no re-testing — we already have your digitized file ready, so reorders are cheaper and faster, even for a single shirt.

Which t-shirt brands do you embroider?

We work with heavier-weight, embroidery-friendly tees with many styles of each — including District, Carhartt, Jerzees, and more. If you're not sure whether a shirt is heavy enough to embroider well, just ask — we'll point you to the right option.

Where does the embroidery go on a t-shirt?

We embroider a left-chest logo, up to about 3 to 3.5 inches — the clean, professional placement that works best on a tee. We send a real stitched sample on the actual shirt first, so you see exactly how your logo translates to thread before the full order runs.

How fast can I get custom embroidered t-shirts?

Most embroidery shops quote a turnaround time of 7–14 business days. Ours is much faster: a real stitch-out sample within 24–48 business hours, then your order ships 3–5 business days after you approve it. Because tees are ordered in rather than kept in stock the way our hats are, an order can occasionally take a day or two longer — but we order them the moment your order comes in, so most of the time there's no delay. Final delivery depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order just one custom t-shirt?

Yes. There's no minimum order, so you can buy a single embroidered tee.

Why only heavier-weight tees?

Embroidery needs enough fabric body to sit cleanly. On a heavier tee, a left-chest logo looks sharp and lasts; thin fashion tees tend to pucker, so for those (or large front designs) screen printing is the better method.

Is there a setup or digitizing fee?

A one-time $30 setup fee covers digitizing plus real test stitch-outs. It's waived on orders of 12 or more, and it's never charged again when you reorder the same logo.

What t-shirt brands do you offer?

Heavier-weight, embroidery-friendly tees including District, Carhartt, Jerzees, and more.

How fast will I get my t-shirts?

A real sample within 24–48 business hours, then your order ships 3–5 business days after approval — far faster than the typical 7–14 day industry turnaround.
