Fire departments

Station wear, not turnout gear

Most of what a department wears day to day isn't issued gear. It's the station hat, the navy tee, a hoodie for night calls and the job shirt officers wear to meetings. That's the part we make. We don't do duty uniforms or turnout gear, so if your department has a uniform spec, follow it.

Station hats are usually the Richardson 112, our best-selling hat. It comes in dozens of colors, which makes it easy to match engine red or station navy. For job shirts, the CornerStone half-zip has mic clips at the shoulders and a chest pocket that holds a radio.

Volunteer companies are welcome here. There's no minimum, so you can order hats for eight members or a few hundred for a fundraiser. At 48 pieces the order is 15% off, and your logo stays on file for the next run.

Order for a two-person crew or the whole company. Either way, you'll see your logo stitched on a real hat before we start on your order.

    Browse hats, hoodies, polos, jackets and workwear, add what you want to your cart, then upload your logo right in the cart. Most common file types work.

    We turn your artwork into a stitch file built for clean embroidery.

  3. Approve your proof

    We stitch your logo on a real test hat and send you a photo within 48 hours. Approve it or ask for changes. Nothing goes into production until you say so.

Do you have the Richardson 112 for fire department hats?

Yes. It's our best-selling hat and it comes in dozens of colors, including red, black and navy combos. Your department logo goes on the front: left, center or right.

Our department seal has a lot of detail. Will it work on a hat?

Upload the artwork you already use when you order, and we'll stitch it on a real test hat first. The proof is ready in 24-48 hours, and if small lettering or fine lines don't hold up, you can ask for changes before we make anything.

Do you make duty uniforms or turnout gear?

No. We do station and off-duty wear: hats, beanies, tees, hoodies, job shirts and polos with your logo. Duty uniforms usually follow a department spec, so check yours first.

Can we order hats to sell at a fundraiser?

Yes. There's no minimum, so you can try a couple of colors first and then order the run. At 24 pieces it's 10% off and at 48 it's 15%. Your logo stays on file, so the next batch skips the $30 setup fee.

Can you handle a tax-exempt order or a purchase order?

Call us at (628) 333-3857 before you order and we'll sort it out with you.

Can we add the station or engine number on the side of the hat?

The cart has a side text add-on: one short line on the side of the hat, the same on every hat in the order. If different stations or members need different text, call us first.

Can members' names go on their shirts?

Not online yet. The cart takes one logo per order and has no name field. Call (628) 333-3857 and we'll talk through names before you order.

We're a small volunteer company with eight members. Is that too small?

Not at all. There's no minimum. Eight hats and eight tees is 16 pieces, which already waives the $30 digitizing fee and takes 5% off.
