Is there a minimum order for custom polos?

No, there is no minimum. Order a single embroidered polo or a full uniform run; the process is identical either way, including the real stitched sample you approve before production.

Each polo is priced on its product page, with volume discounts as quantity goes up. The only added charge is a one-time $30 setup fee covering logo digitizing and real test stitch-outs, waived on orders of 12+ items, and never charged again on reorders.

Will my logo actually look good stitched on a polo?

That's exactly why we sew a real sample first. You see a photo of your logo on actual fabric before production, not a digital mockup. Detailed logos may be simplified slightly for clean stitching, and we'll flag anything that won't sew well before you commit.
