*Turn items inside out so you can protect your embroidered logo.
*If possible allow the item to air dry.
* For caps use mild detergent, brush the front with a soft brush, rinse and air dry.

Custom embroidery on the Flexfit 5001
This is a blank Flexfit 5001 that we embroider with your logo on the front panel, or wherever your design needs to sit. Pick your colors and quantity above, then upload your artwork in the cart. Within 24-48 hours we stitch a real proof on a test hat; approve it or ask for changes before the full run. Finished orders ship in 3-5 business days, and all embroidery is done in the USA.
There is no minimum, so one hat is fine. Digitizing your logo costs $30, waived at 12 or more pieces and on every reorder. Volume pricing starts at 12 pieces, with bigger breaks at 24 and 48.
Fitted sizes run S/M and L/XL. If you're between sizes, the hat size converter will settle it.
