Most of our trucker hats run $20 to $26 with embroidery included. The only extra is a one-time $30 setup fee covering logo digitizing and test stitch-outs, waived on 12+ hats and on every reorder. Volume pricing applies automatically: 12+ save 5%, 24+ save 10%, 48+ save 15%. A single Richardson 112 is $50 all in; 24 of them work out to $18 per hat.

They age differently. Embroidered thread is stitched through the cap itself, so it won't peel, crack, or lift at the edges the way a glued or sewn patch can. Embroidery also reproduces detail and small text more cleanly. Patches lean rustic and suit a leather-badge look. We specialize in direct embroidery, with a stitched proof you approve first.
