The proof process, in three steps
Pick your gear, upload your art at checkout. Any common file works; our digitizer converts it to a stitch file by hand.
Within 24 to 48 hours you get photos of your logo actually embroidered on a test hat. Approve it or request changes until it is right.
After approval, your full order is embroidered in Woodland, California and ships in 3 to 5 business days. Reorders skip digitizing entirely.

Common questions
Is there really no minimum order?
Really. One hat, one polo, one jacket. The $30 digitizing fee applies to first-run logos under 12 pieces, and it disappears at 12 or more items and on every reorder.
What exactly do I get as a proof?
Photos of your logo embroidered on a real test hat, within 24 to 48 hours of your order. Not a rendering. If anything looks off, we adjust the stitch file and sew it again before production.
How fast will my order arrive?
Production ships 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof. With the 24 to 48 hour proof step, most first orders are on the way inside a week.
